[ 2~3人份 ]
肥腸 Pork intestine—300g
蔥 Green onion-1支
薑 Ginger—20g
大蒜 Garlic—3~4粒
洋蔥 Onion-1/4個
水 Water-約1L
清酒 Sake—100cc

紅蘿蔔 Carrot—30g
白蘿蔔 Daikon—100g
蒟蒻絲 Konjac noodles—1/2包

黒糖 Brown sugar—3大匙
醬油 Soy sauce-2大匙
味噌 Miso—1大匙+1.5or2大匙
白芝麻 White sesame-少許
